Cars and Boats - We can offer security checks on your car and/or boat. It’s not just property we can keep an eye on.

Project Management - We can oversee any projects you have in progress whilst you are away from your property, and keep you informed of developments.

Property Letting - We can arrange introductions to suitable U.K. agencies if you are thinking about letting your property.

Pools - We can undertake all aspects of pool cleaning and maintenance. We also offer tuition and advice to owners who have bought a property with a pool and are unfamiliar with the mysteries of its workings.

Gardening - We will undertake any gardening work for you - no job is too big or too small.

Shopping Assistance - Don’t feel as if you are from another planet when you visit the builders merchants – we can help.

Paperwork Assistance/Legal Matters/Translation - Be confused no longer - we can offer assistance.

Fax and email service - We can offer you access to a fax and email service should you wish to keep in touch with home while you are on the Island.

Representative service - We will be your client’s holiday contact in case of any problems. We will visit them during their stay to check on their welfare and answer any questions they may have about the property/island.

Doctor/Dentist/Medical Matters - We can assist in any emergency.

Cleaning - We offer a general cleaning service, plus opening and closing of your property at the beginning and end of the season.

Laundry - We can arrange for anything to be laundered for you.

Butano - We can organise the exchange of your gas bottles.

Central Heating - We can organise your oil or gas delivery.

Septic Tanks/Blocked Drains - We can arrange assistance should a problem arise.

Hire service - We can arrange for the hire of fans, cots, wheelchairs etc.

Grocery Welcome Packs - We can arrange to collect any groceries that you might like to order in advance and have them placed in your fridge/larder prior to your arrival.

Excursions/Taxis - We can arrange island tours and boat trips should you require them and can also make any taxi bookings on your behalf.

Satellite Television - We can offer help and advice if you are considering installing satellite television.

Air Conditioning/Central Heating - We are able to offer an installation service if you are considering installing air conditioning or central heating.

Favours - Do you need a favour? Just ask, after all that’s how the business started.
